Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
At least 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing set up as Design Engineer is required for this position.
Preferably with advanced knowledge in design and drafting using AUTOCAD and Solid Works
Knowledgeable in fabrication works (Welding, Cutting, etc)
Knowledgeable in basic machining (Milling and Turning) and related measuring equipment
Must have knowledge in MS Office applications and ISO standards
Job Responsibilities:
Performs variety of process engineering functions encompassing jigs and packaging design, process improvements, design and creates jig and fixture details
Performs necessary activities related to Jig and Fixture Preparations
Prepares design and maintenance related documents (i.e Detailed Drawings, Check Sheets, etc) needed on each model
Initiates design improvements projects to improve capability, productivity, quality and safety
Controls drawing documents and include registration and update according to design revision or so
