Qualifications
At least graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronics Engineer or equivalent
At least 1-2 year experience in the related field is an advantage
Basic to Advance Computer Skills, Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
With driver's license and can drive 4 wheels (AT)
Preferably local candidate of Nueva Vizcaya

Job Description
Responsible for the design of the fiber optic cable
Design aerial, underground and inside wiring fiber optic cable routes
Develops aerial and underground fiber route maps and executes task such as route analysis
Determines the scope, budget and schedule for existing and new OSP project
Design initial fundamental plan/ lower level design for the reference
Generates bill of material for the partial total cost of the projects
