Prepares project estimates and costing.
Creates methodologies and material's estimates/quantification.
Designing and/or drafting of Engineering drawings.
Conducting regular job site inspections.
Monitors project cost status and expenses.
Performs related duties and projects as assigned.
Provide at least 1 Design Schematic (Architectural & Allied Engineering Services) for Special Projects assigned to the Engineering & Technical Support Group.
100% timely submission of Reports, Request for Quotations, and Engineering Drawings.
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills
The Project Cost/CAD Engineer provides technical support to other groups in terms of project costings and engineering design/drawings. Also responsible in monitoring and controlling the project cost.
B.S in Civil Engineering, preferably licensed.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
Knowledge in Waterproofing and Petroleum System is an advantage.
Familiar with Technical/Engineering works such as civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Flexible, assertive, hardworking, and a team worker, with good moral character.
