The opportunity
Project: A 450ha, Integrated Mountain Resort project, In Pampanga Philippines. Located between Angeles City and New Clark City. Phase 1 works include Development of an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Banyan Tree Main Building and Resort Villas, Club House, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities. Including significant site wide and building/ facility specific MEPF works Reporting to MaceTPM Senior Management and the Client Team.
Responsible for total project delivery of the Civil and Structural Aspects of the Project, throughout the full project lifecycle, preconstruction through to handover and closeout, to ensure the works are delivered safely on time and to the agreed budget, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of local and international Consultants, and local and international quality contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting interior design teams in the development of design and documentation.
Developing and communicating designs internally and externally through sketches, diagrams, physical or digital models and other visual tools.
Utilizing BIM technologies such as Revit in the development of three-dimensional models of interiors and their components.
Participating in design critiques and pin-ups.
Assisting in the validation that design compliances.
Assisting in the selections of interior systems and materials, finishes and fixtures.
Participating in the completion of FFE scope tasks from design and selection through bid, coordinating with specific client and project needs.
Participating in the completion of signage coordination scope tasks from design and selection through bid, coordinating with specific client and project needs.
Performing Construction Administration tasks to support the scope of work.
