Other works related under the In-house design team Professional Eligibility Skills a. Licensed Architect b. With at least 10 year experience working in a real estate company is an advantage c. With design management skills for Architecture and Engineering d. Ability to provide innovative and cost economical solutions for design issues e. Manage autocad operator/production team and ensure accuracy, completeness and code compliant design f. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop g. Strong in Concept Development h. Highly creative with good presentation skills i. Can easily adjust to SMDC culture Education Experience Responsibility ASST DESIGN ARCHITECT To be one of the pioneers for SMDC in house design team that will provide concept planning, production drawings and site inspections/construction support for Architectural design of buildings and houses.
