JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for moderately complex drawings and designs in the development of design concepts, proposals, plans, and drawings.
Education and Competitiveness Requirements:
BS in Architecture (licensed)
Has a minimum of 3-years of related experience
Intermediate capabilities in 2d & 3D CAD
Intermediate capabilities in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills both written & oral
Adaptable to learning
Flexible & highly initiative person
Familiar with Philippine and Local Building Codes, Regulations & Standards
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, prepare layouts and conceptual designs for moderately complex problems.
Provide assistance to the Team Lead, as requested in design development and plans preparation, design presentations, etc.
Facilitate requests for information or approval by the site project team, provide responses in coordination with the design and technical teams and design consultants, and work on design requirements and project deliverables with design consultants and personnel in other disciplines.
