> Must be Licensed Civil Engineer
> Preferably with 10 years or more of experience in managing HORIZONTAL PROJECTS of increasing complexity
> Ability to work under pressure, yet achieve maximum efficiency
> Should have additional training in Project's Profit and Loss Reports
> Must have a strong representation with various clients and subcontractors
> Must possess an unquestionable integrity
> Strong leadership and organization skills
> Good communication skills both written and oral
> Able to work in flexible environment
> Exposure in vertical construction is an added advantage
> Must be Computer Literate
