Key Responsibilities
Supports Logistics in the development of overall end to end logistics strategy from factory to CDC shuttling, order to deliver and cabinet operations; leads or supports the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives which are aligned to the overall supply chain strategy.
Develops supply chain performance reports which make sense of available data and drive action; draws together, monitors and consolidates total supply chain KPIs and highlights sub-par performance or trends which puts achievement of total company supply chain targets at risk.
Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key metrics and the achievement of SC Strategy.
Drive and develop logistics savings framework and champion its delivery.
Champions the execution and deployment of inventory planning model from Customer Service Excellence Team; recommend process and supply chain initiatives to lower inventory costs.
Coordinates roll out of regional IT systems which provide a leading edge advantage and anticipate future customer information requirements in line with the company's thrust on Customer Service.
Leads the alignment, sharing of best practices and benchmarking between other business unit.
Develops and implements Logistics Academy together with SC HRBP to enhance the user knowledge of processes, procedures and in the use of different enabling IT systems to support development of logistics team including truckers and 3PL.
Leads the training, implementation and sustainability of WCM.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in any field (preferably Science or Engineering)
Min 7 yrs work experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Distribution, Warehousing etc)
Understanding of W&T management practices, distribution network & channels
Has worked on ERP platforms like SAP
Good working knowledge of Supply Chain processes
Good at maintaining MIS & documentation
Good communication skills
Must be willing to travel within Mindanao
