DEPOT OFFICER
Summary of Functions
A Depot Officer oversees and manages the depot's sales targets, inventory targets, Accounts Receivables and Payables Targets and overall financial targets.
Functions:
Oversees the depot's day-to-day operational aspects including sales, manpower, and AP/AR.
Meet or exceed established business and profit growth targets; remain accountable for products.
Leads, directs and motivates the sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Provides training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel.
Adheres to the company's Code of Conduct and make sure the same is implemented and adhered by the workforce.
Implements daily huddle
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
College graduate, preferably with a degree in business and marketing related course
Sales and operation background preferably in sales/distribution industry is an advantage
Driver's license
Computer literate
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical and data analysis skills
Willing to undergo training and be assigned in Western Visayas (Boracay)
