Experience of at least 10 years in a manpower agency as Head of Talent Acquisition/Manager
Strategic Planning in Manpower Acquisition
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. job fair and social recruiting and fieldwork searches in different barangays)
Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
Research and choose job advertising options
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
Monitoring all the 201 requirements completions
Act as organizer of company events ( Christmas party, sports fest and other)
Responsible in the preparations of all employee contracts, lateral and other personnel actions.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
10 years of experience
