Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time On-site and remote
 Experience of at least 10 years in a manpower
agency as Head of Talent Acquisition/Manager
 Strategic Planning in Manpower Acquisition
 Update current and design new recruiting
procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding
processes)
 Supervise the recruiting team and report on its
performance
 Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire
and cost-per-hire)
 Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. job fair and
social recruiting and fieldwork searches in different
barangays)
 Review recruitment software and suggest the best
option for company needs
 Research and choose job advertising options
 Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
 Monitoring all the 201 requirements completions
 Act as organizer of company events ( Christmas
party, sports fest and other)
 Responsible in the preparations of all employee
contracts, lateral and other personnel actions.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
10 years of experience
