How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Accomplish data entry and data mining activities
Provide support for various dentistry-related administrative duties
Connect with over 75 dental insurance providers via different channels
Verify patient insurance information
Fulfill contractual obligations of more than 1,000 clients
Maintain and manage positive relationships with payers concerning dentistry reimbursements and other compensation relations items
Participate in the dental insurance verification process and help address credentialing issues
What You Must Possess
Healthcare BPO experience (at least 1 year)
High level of comfort working with critical dental imaging grammar, nuances, and terms
Experience working with different variances of dental imaging and procedures
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant procedures
Knowledge of different messaging channels (web, phone calls, chat, email)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to type at least 70 WPM with 100% accuracy
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
