DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST
Brief Job Description:
Owns and drives the monthly sales and operations (S&OP) process for brands handled.
Calculates the rolling 18-month base forecast using historical trends.
Gathers, documents and calculates other assumptions and inputs to the forecast
Communicates and align forecast with all stake holders. Presents demand plan during the monthly SMOP meeting.
Measures and tracks performance for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
BS Industrial Engineering graduate
High communication and influencing skills
Top fresh grads are welcome ; previously supply chain experience is a plus.
High analytical, critical thinking and mathematical skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
