Job Description:
OnSpot Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Trainer to join our team in Angeles City, Clarkfield, Pampanga. As a Delivery Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing our delivery team to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs for our delivery team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members.
Evaluate the performance of the delivery team and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and performance.
Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement in the delivery process and develop training programs to address these areas.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in delivery operations to continuously improve our training programs.
Monitor and track the progress of trainees and provide regular reports to management.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure that training programs align with company policies and procedures.
Maintain training materials and resources to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
Provide support and assistance to the delivery team as needed.
Actively research and implement innovative training techniques and technologies to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design customized training programs tailored to specific functional groups and business partner requirements.
Proactively develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to streamline training delivery and elevate learner satisfaction.
Be a proactive team player, readily embracing new tasks and challenges to contribute to the overall success of our learning and development initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications:
Proven experience implementing training programs from entry-level to managerial positions using a structured framework.
Expertise in measurement and evaluation, including designing and implementing assessment strategies.
Experience with performance management, talent development interventions, and policy creation (a plus!).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO Delivery (Operations).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Knowledge of training and development best practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Willing to work full-time in Angeles City, Clarkfield, Pampanga.
