The driver/stockman delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes. The position also maintains good customer relationships.
Functions
Reviews orders prior to delivery
Conducts inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
Obtains delivery confirmations from each customer
Will do delivery within the city
Assists customers in their purchases
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Process returns and check to see if items are damage
Stocks shelves with unpacked items.
Ensures label is clear and visible.
Accepts delivered packages
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year experience as Driver
With driver's license (restriction code 1, 2)
Clean driving record
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Honest and reliable
With good moral character
