At least Elementary graduate
Honest and trustworthy
Able to understand basic instruction
Able to read and write
Familiar in using navigational apps and knows how to travel within Mindanao areas
Will be assigned in Davao City but must be willing to do field work
Amenable to start immediately
Trainable, Honest and can work with less supervision
