Description
a. To work with the main office or warehouse to update the driver of any route changes, assist with navigating to locations, and keep track of schedules.
b. To report status of deliveries and If there are any issues with a delivery or problems with a deadline to immediate superior and help resolve the problem if possible.
c. Communicates with customers and clients to ensure they're happy with the service they received. They are also asked for feedback to resolve a customer's complaints or issues if necessary.
d. Assists in loading and unloading truck with product, observing required and reasonable safety measures.
e. Helps in keeping the truck clean, tidy and well maintained at all times.
f. Records amount delivered and issues Delivery Receipt to customer.
