Job Description
Support delivery on their key performance metrics by providing innovative and cost-effective solutions based on data and analytics.
Responsible for end to end dashboard creation from data gathering, database development, learning session, UAT, Process documentation creation, up until distribution to end users
Responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of existing database
Responsible for creating innovative solution to account level to enterprise level depending on business needs
Responsible for the distribution of reports and ensuring clean, accurate data, and on time delivery
Can work and communicate with all levels of management and departments
Has initiative on communicating and collaborating with stake holders and reporting data POCs to complete the requirements
Support team members by sharing best practices/conducting learning session, and back up pair to ensure continuous delivery
Adherence to internal team processes and company guidelines
Continuously gain and learn new knowledge in terms of data automation and analysis
May be assigned additional tasks as per business need

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficient in MS Office Applications: MS Access, Power Bi
Advance MS Excels - VBA Macro, Power View, Power Pivot
Knowledge in SQL required
Knowledge in PHP, CSS, and HTML an advantage
Six Sigma Trained is a plus
Minimum of 5 year experience in Reporting and Analytics
Background in Project Management is a plus
Willing to work in mid to graveyard shift
