- Candidate must be at least College level or graduate of vocational course
- Must possess Professional Driver's license
- Knowledgeable in handling basic engine troubleshooting or changing of tires
- Familiar with traffic rules and regulation implemented in the areas within and outside Metro Manila
- Can consider himself as defensive driver, patience and alert
- Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Willing to work in extended hours (with pay)
- Knows how to drive Manual and Automatic vehicles / 4-6 Wheel Delivery Truck
- Knows how to maintain the vehicle's neatness and in good running condition
