General Purpose
Oversees the management and supervision of the academic activities of the college, its faculty and students for the attainment of the vision, mission and goals of DMSF.
Principal Accountabilities:
Continuously develop faculty capabilities to enhance their teaching skills and improve their performance
Sees to it that the students are being taught the way they should be taught guided by the teachers' syllabi.
Initiates and manages student development programs, curriculum development programs, and research and community extension projects.
Ensure the proper utilization of supplies and materials and the effective use of equipment.
Works for a good performance of DMSF graduates in the Nurse Licensure Examination.
Obtains recognition/accreditation of the nursing program. Evaluates the performance results of the said program.
