The Role As Dealer Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing the dealer partners within the area of responsibility and ensuring that good service levels are being experienced by the dealers. Also, you are expected to closely work with the Field Sales and Operations Manager in overseeing the sales operation, which includes dealer negotiations, dealer relationship management, sales monitoring, and competitors' scan. How you'll contribute Ensures that sales targets are achieved under the area of responsibility. Takes charge of the dealer partners. Builds and maintains good business relationships with the partner Motorcycle dealers. Ensures that collaterals such as OR's/CR's are being collected from the dealers in a timely manner and monitors the timely completion of documentary deficiencies both from the dealers and the customers. Creates business opportunities and negotiates for additional dealer partners. Do competitors check and report to the Field Sales Operation Manager any important information gathered from the field. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant course At least 5 years of related work experience Knowledgeable in retail and field sales operations Extensive experience in the motorcycle industry Must be strategic, analytical with strong leadership and project management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Has the ability to coach and train, must be a good team player Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
