Job Description • May conduct one or more of the following: Takes action to telephone queries and grievances using recognized standard scripts and processes.
Gathers details, researches/resolves concerns and records consumer phone calls.
Communicates applicable choices for resolution in a prompt style.
Job Qualifications • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules.
