1. Administers and enforces the Company's nationwide sales policies and strategies;
2.Develops operating plans and objectives for his assigned region in accordance with the set sales and strategies and target;
3.Assists in the formation of the Company's policies and strategies;
4.Attends to inspection and pricing of properties in his region, sales calls, and preliminary inspection of property of prospective clients, preparation of fee estimates and proposals, and conference with clients, and other related tasks.
