Change Healthcare Philippines is now hiring for someone who will be joining the pioneers of a new product line. We're looking for customer-oriented individuals who have at least 2 years of technical support and database administration experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnosing software malfunctions and configuration issues
Providing application training to customers
Answering support calls and working with fellow support team members and internal software development groups to identify and resolve problems
Providing remote software support and analysis to customers
Performing proactive system maintenance check to ensure proper application functionality
Following up on support issues proactively to provide timely updates and resolutions to customers
Maintaining a highly professional and customer-centric focus
Providing ongoing product feedback to engineering and product development teams
Requirements
Must Haves for the role:
Minimum 2-3 yrs of technical support experience
Strong communication skills
Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
Programming skills; experience in scripting and writing codes in the database
Highly developed organizational skills and time management ability
