Our client is looking for an ambitious Database and Operations Administrator to join their high-performing Database & Reporting team. The successful person in this role will cover a broad spectrum of responsibilities that include Salesforce Database Management, Database
Cleanup, Database Marketing, and Sales Prospecting platform experience. This position is an integral part of the success of our organization

At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption

Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
Smartphone
Required Skills & Experience
Strong Excel skills
Large database experience
5 years+ Salesforce reporting experience or Salesforce Admin
Experience with sales prospecting platforms
Marketing Databases experience preferred
4 Year degree in a related field preferred
Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
Job Responsibilities
Manage internal ticketing system for the database and reporting department for all support requests
Manage and maintain prospecting database with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Manage and maintain the partner recruitment database with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Support Marketing and all other departments with customer list and modifications
Enhance and grow our prospecting database as well as the Partner Recruitment and Partner Management database
Manage and maintain sales support software such as Outreach, Zoominfo, Salesforce and Pardot
Play a key role in the onboarding and offboarding of all Account Executives (Sales) as well as support roles for other departments
Perform other duties as and when required
