Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather pertinent information and organize it in a logical and functional manner
- Consult with management or administrators to determine what data needs to be included in the database system and will then find the best ways to organize and store this information
- Analyze complex sets of data to determine recommendations for business growth and improvement
- Utilize the results of the analysis to support recommendations for action to improve company processes
- Perform data corrections through analyzing data for errors and formulating corrective procedures
- Coach and/or respond to Software Support regarding analyzing data, identifying problems and proposing solutions for potential data fixes; communicate to the team when data change(s) are complete
- Perform related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management
- Perform analysis to resolve recurring database issues
- Provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance
- Provide in-depth problem diagnosis and troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision
- Manage CRM
o Create, test and optimize marketing automation (email campaigns, CRM updates, Sales team workflows, etc.)
o Import/export contacts, list building and segmentation
o Enhance the CRM and troubleshooting issues
o Track engagement and other important Sales & Marketing KPIs
o Data collection and entry
o Report building
o New employee tech setup (creating accounts, providing access, etc.)
- Work with various software within the Company's tech stack
- Manage integrations with the CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- Should be of legal age
- Has 1-3 years of proven working experience in the related field
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience in creating database queries
- Amenable to work in an office-based setup
- Willing to work in Iloilo
- Willing to start ASAP
