Data Scientist
who will be working with our US client that is managing an Amazon store specializing in kitchenwares.
As a Data Scientist your main responsibility will be to build solutions to help create improvements across the business. You will be the data master and responsible for driving the insights needed to create queries and outcomes that develop efficiencies in the business.
Our client partners incredible team has a wealth of knowledge in the Amazon space and will be the driving force to define the business outcomes and objectives. It will be your skills that enable the business to execute on big dreams to create automated efficiency solutions.
Your role will also require the development of reports, and troubleshoot data issues that may arise. The ideal candidate can lead the development and advancement of the system. Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret statistical information to make it useful for the organization to make better decisions by identifying various facts and trends.
In this role you will:

-Interpret business objectives to build your own queries
-Use the logic we outline and have that reflect in your data and work
-Manage develop and master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
-Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports for all desired projects and outcomes
-Act as the Organization's business management tools Administrator.
-Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
-Lead and manage the development of required and future enhancements of systems.
-Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
-Identify and manage reporting requirements for the whole organization.
-Help develop reports and analysis.
-Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
-Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
-Assess tests and implement new or upgraded software and assist with strategic decisions on new data systems.
-Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
-Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports.
-Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
-Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Requirements

-At least 5 years of proven experience in Data Analytics & Data Science
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel; VBA for Excel
-Proficient in Microsoft M (Mashup), PowerQuery (or PowerBI) and Microsoft PowerPivot
-SQL (with a strength in SQLite or PostgreSQL)
-Python or PHP (Preferably Python)
-Experience in the development of structured data frames and databases
-Experience in the development of API in Full-Stack web development
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a valued benefit
-Background in Web development
-Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way
-Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study
-Analytical and problem-solving skills
-Experience with machine learning and AI
-Familiarity with data management tools
-This is a remote position.
