Description
We are looking for data scientist / data analyst to join our Research & Development team. You will be an integral part in all stages of the research process including:
- The initial stages, where you will be heavily involved in creating insights for data visualization. You will be performing data mining, analysis, and reporting on progress occurring in given time period, whether it's related to our call center operations, services offered, internal operations, or the business scope as a whole
- The latter stages, where you'll be in-charge of monitoring statistical data and performing deep dives into algorithm to determine patterns that will help us generate accurate report for our prospect clients and customers.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
High interest in understanding the challenges in the real estate industry, particularly the rental business is a plus
Qualifications
Proficient in Python
Background in statistics-- an understanding of Monte Carlo simulations, and Time series modelling preferred
Passionate about real estate modelling-- or asset pricing modelling in general
Wants to find pricing inefficiencies in the market
