The position will support the identification and deployment of analytics use cases impacting the business. He/She will work with first party and third-party data to design, develop and implement predictive models and analytics solutions enabling FWD's processes and decision making. He/She will cover Customer Analytics pillar and can be extended to cover Distribution Analytics focusing on augmenting agency recruitment activities.
Collaborate with various business units such as Marketing, CX, Distribution to identify analytical use cases relevant to the business
Design and implement analytics solution which may include data preparation, feature selection/engineering, model development and implementation, deployment, and performance tracking.
Translate the result to actionable insights and present the same to stakeholders
Create proper documentations detailing the model development tasks and results.
Quantify impact of the analytics solution deployed.
