We are looking for 2 x Data Researcher/Verifier to be assigned to our Australian client, a leading event and conference company, delivering world-class large scale summit and private events.
You will be responsible for sourcing and list building contacts for the client and able to tele verify the information.
Key responsibilities include:
Identify and source contacts to list build for campaign
Proficient in Excel
Check existing lists to ensure that the data is accurate and up to date
Research and infill any incomplete Data
Occasionally make calls to check Data is correct.
Effectively use tools, system and processes to verify data before entering into CRM
Record information into CRM database
Take responsibility for ongoing learning and development, products and solutions;
Identify market trends and new tools & technologies that assist in contact sourcing and data management.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Research/Data Entry and Tele Verification;
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields;
Can work effectively with minimal supervision to complete tasks on time and to the highest quality;
Knowledge of Australian Business English and experience engaging with Australian clients are an advantage;
Confident to do calls and ability to interact and relate to clients with an excellent phone manner;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Experience in managing large sets of data efficiently;
Proficient in using CRM (like Salesforce, Hubspot );
Experienced in scrapping and searching for data across various tools and platforms is a must;
