Position Title: Data Research Associate
Salary Grade: 18,000 - 25,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Client, Client Advisor
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: July 2023
Schedule : 10 pm to 7 am Manila (Graveyard for the first 2 weeks (Training)) then move to 6 am to 3 pm Manila
Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Research: Conduct comprehensive research to gather relevant information from various sources, utilizing online platforms including LinkedIn
Data Entry: Accurately input research findings and collected data into our database or data management systems
Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries, ensuring data integrity and reliability
Excel Skills: Proficient in using Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting
Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking skills to figure out solutions to challenges and enhance data entry processes
Data Organization: Organize and categorize data in a structured manner to facilitate easy retrieval and analysis
Quality Control: Implement regular checks on data entries to maintain consistency and adhere to established data entry guidelines
Playbook Creation: Take the initiative to create playbooks or guides to streamline data entry procedures and optimize efficiency
Self-Directed Work: Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to accomplish tasks efficiently
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with research techniques, data entry best practices, and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent education is required. Additional certifications or training in data research or related fields are advantageous
Research and LinkedIn Skills: Proficiency in conducting online research and utilizing LinkedIn for data sourcing
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions independently
Initiative: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and create playbooks or guides to optimize data entry processes
Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills to manage data and documentation efficiently
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage tasks independently
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software, tools, and basic computer skills
Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report research findings
