Data Accuracy - using the approved internet sites, the Data Quality Analyst verifies and/or updates contact/account information in Data Override Tool. Information gathered and entered into the database must be correct and should meet the Quality Standard. An audit procedure is conducted regularly with a passing rate of 95.00%.
Completeness and Timeliness - this is measured through productivity. Productivity target is at least 30 records per hour. The number and type of record to work on may vary according to business needs.
Attendance - the Data Analyst is also being rated on his absenteeism and tardiness stipulated in his/her Performance Scorecard.
