data Quality Analyst iRELX

Accountabilities:
Data Accuracy - using the approved internet sites, the Data Quality Analyst verifies and/or updates contact/account information in DST. Information gathered and entered into the database must be correct and should meet the Quality Standard. An audit procedure is conducted regularly with a passing rate of 95.00%.
Completeness and Timeliness - this is measured through productivity. Productivity target is at least 30 records per hour. The number and type of record to work on may vary according to business needs.
Attendance - the Data Quality Analyst is also being rated on his absenteeism and tardiness stipulated in his/her Performance Scorecard.
RESSPI Discipline Policy Adherence - refer to RESSPI Discipline Policy which applies to all employees.
Qualifications:
Background in Data Management
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
Good communication skills
Willing to work on a morning shift (6am - 2pm)
Must be in current role for the last 12 months
Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
