Role Purpose
To provide business support services to the clients in a timely and efficient manner delivering good quality output.
Key Accountabilities
Process transactions/requests from customers in a timely manner
Translates documents from Japanese to English and vice versa
Relay instructions provided in Japanese to non-bilingual resources
Help guide the non-bilingual resources and assists in the quality check of their output.
Prepare reports as required
Perform other tasks as maybe required by superiors

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in data processing or any administrative support functions
Preferably university graduate. For undergraduate, should have sufficient and very good work experience
Computer literate
With good communication skills , work ethics and adaptability to Japanese work culture
At least N3 JLPT certification
With good work experience using Japanese language skills, in an office environment
