Pageant Media’s products support a global community of investment professionals with world-class industry news, research, analysis and data across numerous asset classes, including hedge funds, real estate and alternative credit.
 
We are looking for an individual to assist our Data Development Team with data enhancement projects that enable us to continually improve the coverage, accuracy and completeness of our databases. The data will be gathered in line with Pageant’s strategic requirements, which will include undertaking online research, using internet-based research tools and contacting key contacts directly. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording US Investor investment meetings using Pageant Media’s software, contributing to the timely release of data insights across our products.
 
You will need to be a self-motivated individual with strong research skills and a keen eye for detail. The ability to prioritise, organise and show initiative when dealing with fast-moving projects and deadlines, as well as being willing to learn new skills, is vital for the role in question. The individual will need to have a flexible and adaptable attitude to move between projects as required.
 
The primary responsibilities of this role are:
Completing data-entry and research projects to enhance Pageant Media’s data offering across alternative investments.
Maintaining and updating existing data points to ensure accuracy and completeness of Pageant Media’s databases.
Responsible for gathering data for new requirements through public sources, or via outreach to clients.
Ensuring deadlines for projects are met to improve user experience for clients.
Responsible for the adoption, operation and maintenance of a tech procedure, to record key investor meetings via remote servers.
Recording Investor meetings and contributing towards added value data insights

This role would suit an individual with data-entry experience and a strong eye for detail
Applicants should also have experience using research techniques for data projects
Applicants must be confident, proactive and able to work on their own and meet deadlines
A flexible and adaptable attitude to move between projects as required.
Proven experience meeting deadlines
Tech savvy, able to manage complex tasks simultaneously on different programs
Applicants should be able to learn fast, be well organised and methodical when it comes to the execution of key tasks
Good knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work in Cebu City
To work US hours where required (shift patterns)
To work Saturdays where required (shift patterns)
