Job Responsibilities: * The Data Privacy Supervisor is expected to work in autonomy to review and audit the existing process, policies, guidelines and projects relating to Data Privacy (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and all government-related compliance requirements.
The Data Privacy Supervisory is also expected to participate in the creation of the new process, policies, guidelines and projects to prevent any challenge that may arise.
The position will also serve as Personal Information Controller and Processor.
Qualifications: * Graduate of Political Science, BSBA - Human Resource Management or any trade equivalent
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the same position, serving all data and security privacy concerns of a whole organization
Strong organizational, time management, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills; beyond satisfactory business communication skills, both in written and verbal
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office applications
Exceptional level of discretion and confidentiality; Firm understanding and application of data confidentiality
