Background:
Database managers develop and maintain organizations' databases/ Client Relationship Management System (CRM). They create data storage and retrieval systems, troubleshoot database issues, and implement database recovery procedures and safety protocols. They also supervise the daily activities of the agency. This role is responsible for actively managing the data and creating reports for upper management. This will include entering in attachments, emails, and notes from both client meetings and communications with various carriers. This is not a Client Facing role. Attention to detail and accuracy is of the utmost importance.

Responsibilities:
● Utilize the CRM to arm the agency communication tools to market, maintain, and build relationships
● Work to Build a historical record(s) and to mitigates E&O (Errors and Omissions) by tracking every interaction
● Design daily agenda with a system of alerts, workflows, reminders, and tasks
● Provide/Generate Reports to upper management.
● Manages and secures database, carrier downloads, and Investment Statement information to keep policies updated.
● Prepares for database expansion by studying plans and requirements; advising senior technical management; coordinating design and programming.
● Track and segment database into subcategories. (i.e. Prospects, Clients, Professional Partners, VIP clients, etc...)
● Must be able to take non-voice direction via email or messaging as many of the notes are dictated.
● Must be able to work at a high level with little or no supervision

Requirements:
● Proficiency in using and managing a Client Relationship Management System (CRM)
● Efficient and a strong attention to detail.
● Reporting skills and Quality Focus
● Strong computer knowledge
● Must be able to work in a team setting and be goal-oriented
● A great attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
● Familiar with Redtail CRM (Big Plus, not required)
● Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot systems and overcome obstacles
