The Data Management Director will lead all data engineering, streaming, machine learning deployments and integrations with data-centric applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient collection and integration of all of the organization's data and integrations with various systems to automate decisions. and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's data governance and strategy. This person will work on the different applications, channels, third party applications and partners in ensuring an effective collection and processing of data. This person also designs and implements new data-centric platforms and innovations including a Customer 360 platform, decision engines, data lake/mesh and other assets. This person will collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation. Data Engineering Strategy and Execution . Design with the future in mind and consider reusable frameworks, streaming and batch, DevOps, ensuring scalability and efficiency based on the overall digital strategy and roadmap. Data Integrations for seamless customer experience . Ensure seamless data integration with various systems and tools and develop a cognitive digital experience. Conduct strategic data technology evaluations and adoption , staying current with industry trends and enforcing the standards with various BUs and different teams. Collaborate with various data users such as data analysts, data scientists, business users, application teams to understand data needs and enable data democratization.
