Job Summary:
The Data Management and System Administration Analyst supports the organization by ensuring the availability, accuracy, integrity, and security of customer information and records through the effective administration of customer information systems and platforms.
Ensures a holistic, unified, and integrated view of customer information by maintaining the master data.
Handles request for data extraction and non-standards data modification.
Provides assistance in the generation and analysis of operational, management, and regulatory reports.
Designs, develops, implements, and monitors access security policies and procedures.
Maintains system functionalities, tables, and parameters.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business other similar or applicable courses
Should pass the Meralco analyst test
Preferably with experience in data analytics or basic business intelligence
Knowledgeable in basic computer programming languages (SQL)
Proficiency in MS Office
Good business communication skills
