Strong competency with the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Post Secondary qualification preferred but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
Undertake day to day administrative functions including invoice processing and payment
Answering incoming calls and responding to general emails in a professional manner
Providing exceptional customer service in responding to customer enquiries
Assist Participants with Maximising their NDIS funding
Work with people with diverse abilities, requirements and goals and translate complex concepts to be easily understood language. while protecting participants privacy and dignity
Work collaboratively within the broader NDIS ecosystem, including the identification and development of provider, support coordinator and other referral networks
Self- motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ability to take ownership of tasks and the customer experience
Contribute to the team environment
Work with the team and the Operations Manager to develop initiatives to enhance our plan management service to participants
