Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the inbox of all purchase orders received by filling into data base and converting quote to job
- Maintaining the Completions Inbox by receipting/filing of subcontract invoices and paperwork
- Raising invoices at job completion and sending to customer accounts departments
- Supporting National Project Administration Coordinator where required
- Maintain internal tracking document for Petroleum customer utilizing weekly customer report
- File safety audits for Petroleum customer Governance meeting
- File iauditor completion documents as required
- Update Petroleum customer asset register with supplier reports
- Close out jobs in Petroleum customer portal on a weekly basis in liaison with Project Managers
- Update Petroleum customer password document
- Complete Banking customer iauditor with administration add-ons
- Forward document to Project Manager for review and then onto Client
Required Skills:
- Intermediate word and excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Communicate effectively through email and teams
- Flexible with the ability to prioritise
- Able to work autonomously
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
