CLAIMS DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST
ROLE SUMMARY: Enters information received by claims processors accurately into the system Provides administrative support as needed.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provides data entry support to the claims department.
Daily contact with all internal departments as well as policy holders, veterinarians and clinic staff.
Enters information received by claims processors accurately into the system
Provides administrative support as needed.
Attends and participates in team meetings as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS :
60+ Words per minute typing speed
Completed at least 2 years in College or graduate of a 2 year associate degree.
Has at least 30 MBPS internet connection (wired)
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
Strong computer skills
Strong customer service skills
Good oral and written communication skills
