No Joke Marketing's data entry clerk is responsible for maintaining the database by entering new and updated customer and account information. He is also responsible for gathering data and doing research about a specific topic.
The generation expert should be enthusiastic self-starter who is highly motivated. A creative, outside of the box thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid problem solving skills, who collaborates well with team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and executing a lead nurturing program to communicate with prospects
Following up with prospects via email and conduct additional research to qualify leads
Creating email nurturing programs and other related assets for ongoing email/lead generation campaigns
Maintaining a healthy, mailable and up-to-date database of contacts
Executing cross channel lead generation tactics to maximize prospect acquisition
Reporting on email/lead generation campaign performance and providing insights
Optimizing lead scoring and assignment programs to support sales team
Analyzing existing client and prospect data across marketing automation and CRM databases
Data Entry Clerk skills required:
Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to financial and other matters
Excellent organizational skills
Comfortable with accepting and applying constructive criticism
Lead Nurturing Skills
Patience - Tasks are repetitive
Positions are located virtually. Team Members are eligible for a benefits package after a 3 month review.
