Position Title: Data Entry II - PH - Permanent WFH - Deliverr

Primary Objectives:
To interact with the customers/clients in order to answer questions, resolve support issues, improve credibility, and nurture relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Processes and codes invoices to expense accounts.
Abstracts billing rates from new contracts.
Reviews invoices for billing variances.
Escalates billing disputes internally when variances are outside of tolerance.
Applies credit memos to corresponding invoices and expense accounts.
Assists with ad-hoc projects within the wider Finance Operations organization.
Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus; Undergraduates are welcome to apply, given more than 2 years of work experience in related field is present
Previous accounts payable experience preferred
Knowledgeable in tools applicable to perform duties and responsibilities
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Experience in back office setting, able to perform given tasks related to the scope of job
Attention to detail, Thoroughness, high level of organization skill is highly desirable
Critical thinking, identifying escalations, base level judgement in interpreting is a must
