Banxa is looking for two project based Data Entry Operators to join our global team and ensure a high level of quality and delivery of our products. This role is fully remote and the scope of the project is 3 months with a possibility to extend.
Banxa is a digital banking infrastructure provider and fiat gateway partner for many of the world's biggest crypto currency exchanges like Binance, OKEx or KuCoin.
We were recently named one of Australia's fastest growing technology startups by Growthlist and one of 250 Global Crypto Companies to watch. We offer a fully compliant fiat-to-crypto conversion service that provides regulatory compliance, fraud detection and mitigation. Banxa addresses the issue of user experience and on-boarding while providing the much-needed regulatory assurances for newcomers to this nascent digital asset class.
You will work remotely with our Melbourne (Australia) based operations team and Philippines based support team. Because of this, we have a preference for the successful candidate to be also based in the Philippines.
Your responsibilities
Prepare Chargeback Reports and maintain Results Logs for different payment methods
Create and maintain fraud cases log/reports/statistic
General data entry tasks
Update Blacklist Records for different payment method
Ad-hoc documentations and support
Requirements
You have...
a minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry or similar position
Basic MS Excel skills
Experience working with large data sets
High attention for detail and precision when it comes to data entry
Methodical approach to problem solving.
Ability to perform monotonous tasks
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The affinity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work autonomously and independently
Fast internet connection (fibre) and laptop (we have a BYOD policy for this role)
