General Description: Data Entry Associates enter data from various sources into the company's computer system and database for processing and management. Information that they input will be used for reference and reports. They manage information that is sensitive and confidential.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Implement changes and clean up the CRM
Clean up, export files, and send agreements in the Esign Genie
Gather live data updates from Project Managers (Priority on Marketing Clients, Secondary on Clinical and Admin and Billing Clients )
Perform other ad hoc tasks delegated by the Direct Manager or other Department Managers
Update deals on FTS (Full Time Staff) and Services Sold
Requirements:
College Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or College Level with Data Entry related experience
At least 6 months of experience in Data Entry related positions
Basic knowledge in Google platforms (docs, sheets, drive and etc.)
Capable of multitasking
Trainable and a fast learner
Strong attention to details and instructions
Good written communication skills (English fluency)
Computer literate
Prefers to work in a graveyard shift
Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week
Pass Cognitive and Memory Tests and Typing speed of 35 wpm or more
High energy, hardworking, and enjoys speaking on the phone
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prioritization and Time Management skills are a must
Home and office set-ups based upon client need and tenure with DRCATALYST
