Follow the company's quality policies and procedures.
Accurate and efficiently encode data or results of the test and customer's information.
Proper filing of Test Reports copies for its retention period.
Assist in amending test reports.
Responsible for record keeping and filing of test reports.
Ensures that records are stored and retained in such a way that they are readily retrievable.
Monitors retention times of records.
Ensures that all test reports in the Records Room are secured and can only be accessed by the approval of Laboratory Manager.
Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the data processing area.
Accomplishes the work schedule and reports any irregularity immediately to the Section
Head / Laboratory Manager.
Identify risks and report risks to the Section Head of the department. May also conduct
risk assessment under the supervision of the Section Head.
Expected to act professionally in the workplace.
Continuously learn and self-improve
Performs other related duties that may assign.
