Live Support Content Specialist Reports to Team Lead
He/She will be responsible for Supporting Clients Day to Day Operation Needs Quickly, Accurately, and Completely.
Troubleshoot & manage POS issues from submission to resolution.
Resolve and track requests from Clients, Client Service Assistance Team, QA, and other departments.
Support team that receives a tremendous amount of QA & CSS requests from multiple communication channels daily.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills
Intermediate Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel knowledge
At least Senior High School graduate
At least 18 years of age
Amenable to graveyard shift schedule
Willing to work on site
