Job Description
Manages and Leads the in- country TAC for the proactive coordination and escalation related to site operational issue and client's complaints.
Regulatory and Audit requirements, and ensuring great customer experience at all times while also taking guidance and complying to STT GDC Group DCO policies and standards.
Provides assistance in troubleshooting of trouble tickets for outage and quality. Provides also support for project. Find ways to reduce trouble tickets in the network and DC Operations. Perform Post-mortem analysis and documentation.
Leads and ensures smooth 24x7 running of the operations in the in-country data center.
Acts as Level 1 escalation point by overseeing and resolving all onsite operational incidents and major issues, including any change management activities
Understands the M&E, security, network and plumbing systems of the building, critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated to DC environment (ie. Fire safety, plumbing, etc..)
Implements best in class DC operations based on ITIL and industry practices
Guides teams to improve services and processes within the DC, while ensuring adherence to customers SLAs
Responsible for reviewing and improving TAC KPI metrics and mandates on an ongoing basis
Collaborates with the incident, problem and change management team to minimize impact to customer services
Collaborates with the problem management team for the resolution of issues related to Data Center operation.
Collaborate with all facility management/data canter related certifications and implements related compliance for both internal and external customers
Understands all policies, SOPs and Emergency Operating Procedures, implements service improvement programs
Generates and provides periodic reports for management review and meetings including customer feedback
Reviews and recommends procedures and policies that improves the deliverables and mandates of the TAC team
