We are seeking an experienced and motivated Data Architect who can work with agility to develop the Data Model required to support business end data set needs as documented. Skills and Experience You will have the following skills and experience: You are an expert in designing systems to support flow of data through the organization. You have solid data modelling experience for large-scale systems and familiarity in electronic data standards. You have deep knowledge in design and implementation of data integration models, patterns and frameworks. You have experience in creating conceptual, logical & physical data models You have broad knowledge in data warehousing, including data mapping and transformations, data dependencies, data source analysis and profiling, OLTP, OLAP. You should have experience in the following tools: Power Designer, Erwin, ETL tools You have broad knowledge in Relational DBMS, SQL including SQL Server. You have experience in creating detailed technical documentation for data integration (ETL) programs and other deliverables. You have Capital Markets Domain Knowledge You have understanding in compliance and regulatory directives You are easy to work with and able to collaborate well across groups such data analysts, data engineers and the business unit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytics, problem solving and solutioning skills A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure, remaining open to change and continuous improvement. Good to Haves Experience in HIVE.
